Has anything like this ever happened to anybody? My son and I moved into our first apartment. A 2 family house. Our downstairs neighbors are also renters, seemed like normal people in their 40's. Last weekend we had some friends and family over for dinner. The doorbell rings right in the middle of dinner and who is it - my downstairs neighbor. He's holding a torn up plastic trash bag which he had gotten from my trash pail. He doesn't introduce himself, but simply in a very calm voice tells me "We recycle around here". He then drops the trash on the floor and goes back in to his apartment. Everybody was shocked. Lord I hope this doesn't continue.

I too recently moved into an apartment. So far my neighbors aren't as bad as yours (lori z). But I do have a very opinionated neighbor, I'll call him john. I'm a young single guy and I tend to act like one too. My neighbor keeps telling me I need to find a girl and settle down. I just found out from another neighbor that john's wife ran off with another woman. I should listen to that guy?

HAAA... I think I live next door to your neighbor’s brother (anonymous). I have a neighbor that thinks he is god’s gift to women. He's about 5'9" tall and about just as wide. He has a lazy eye that makes it seem like he's looking behind you when he's starring right at you. Every time I see him he tells me about all these women that are after him for his body. Forget about my world, I want to live in his.
